Atelier cuisine à Granville: Le bulot Terre et Mer
Apprendre à préparer le bulot autrement qu’avec de la mayonnaise, c’était l’objectif fixé par Le Saumonier Granville lors de cette première séance culinaire.
Objectif atteint avec une dizaine de participants !
La recette intitulée « Fromage de tête aux pommes et bulots fumés, poireaux en ravigote de… bulots, et cromesquis de… bulots aux herbes » imaginée par notre Chef Guillaume a pu être dégustée une fois préparée par l’ensemble des élèves.
